We are the Platform of helping organizations - unforgotten. We were created as a roof space for non-governmental organizations that help people in the health and social fields on a daily basis. We work to ensure that the care system in Slovakia is not just about improvisation and goodwill - but about dignity, accessibility and sustainability.
We believe in a society where help is not an exception, but a right. Where every person has access to care – no matter where they live or how old they are.
Humanity - not as a word, but as daily practice.
Expertise - decisions should be based on field experience and facts, not on impressions.- nie ako slovo, ale ako každodenná prax.
Dialogue - real change does not happen in silence, but in conversation.
Partnership - we connect the non-profit, public and private sectors.
Courage - to talk about things that others avoid.

We believe that a society is not judged by what it promises, but by whom it protects in decisive moments.
And that it is precisely the patient - vulnerable, dependent on the system - who reveals the truth of that judgment.
This moral compass is not a declaration of positions nor a defense of interests.
It is a commitment to act in a way that ensures the decisions made today will stand tomorrow - before patients, before the public, and before our own conscience.
We will protect the patient both from the system and from NGOs - if a patient has no voice, the system has failed. If a patient’s voice is exploited, civil society has failed.
We will distinguish between support, advocacy and lobbying - everyone has a place in the ecosystem. But not everyone has a place in shaping public policy.
We will set standards, not run campaigns - emotion mobilizes. Standards protect in the long term.
We will place education above activism - those who do not understand the system should not change it. The Help You Academy is the gateway to public advocacy.
We will name conflicts of interest - without exception - friendship, partnership, or past merits are not exceptions.
We will be a partner to the state - not its cover - cooperation does not mean silence. Silence is not loyalty.
We will not leave small and emerging patient communities without a voice - the right to associate and to be represented is not a reward for endirance. It is a fundamental right.
We will measure impact, not the number of meetings - change is not measured by how often we meet, but by whether the patient feels the difference.
